In November 2023, Utracon pioneered a hybrid model for its 9th Technical Seminar, connecting global teams virtually and in person. With 19 topics presented by engineers from diverse locations, the seminar aims to share knowledge, address challenges, and innovate collectively.
This groundbreaking approach spans HQ and branch offices in Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, China, and our design office. The seminar's essence lies in its international perspective, fostering collaboration and learning from varied experiences.
We were not only focused on technical advancements, this seminar also served as a platform for reflection, evaluating approaches and fostering continuous improvement.
A highlight of the event was a keynote address from the guest speaker, Ms Chang Qingyang from ConcreteAI., offering expertise in optimizing construction cycle time and planning.
Navigating through this hybrid seminar, our goal is to emerge united, equipped with not only technical insights but also a renewed commitment to excellence. This event symbolized our collective journey in shaping the future of Utracon.
As we contemplate the lessons gleaned and the collaborative spirit that defines Utracon, we look forward to and anticipate many more insightful and engaging discussions in the future.
