We recently undertook a series of detailed leak tightness tests on MA Anchorage-Duct assemblies and 30m length full-scale duct assemblies, rigorously following the standards set out in FIB Bulletin 75.
Our goal was to ensure that the MA systems we implement are in full compliance with the specific requirements of Annex B1 for Anchorage-Duct Assembly Leak Tightness and Annexes B4 and B5 for Full-scale Duct Assembly Leak Tightness. The sizes tested included 12s, 15s, 19s, 22s, 27s, and 31s.
Our approach to testing was thorough and methodical. We meticulously prepared each assembly, monitored the process continuously, and conducted detailed visual inspections to identify any potential leaks.
The entire testing procedure spanned three days and was closely observed by certified external laboratory personnel to provide independent verification.
Quality and adherence to standards are at the core of our operations. By conducting these stringent tests, we at Utracon ensure that our structures are not only durable but also meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
This commitment to rigorous testing and quality assurance reflects our dedication to delivering top-tier, reliable structures to our clients.
